Two fractured vertebrae
Hello my name is Arlene Reed.
When I met Gizela, I was in severe pain, lying on a hospital bed.
I had been involved in a car accident (Sept 2021) and suffered two fractured vertebrae.
After a very delicate surgery, several treatments, and plenty of pain medication, I was not recovering very well and was in a great deal of pain.
A mutual friend, that I have known for 2 decades and is also a healer, introduced me to Gizela. We connected by phone.
Gizela performed her long-distance healing on me on several occasions during my long period in the hospital.
I felt much better in general, and the pain reduced considerably.
I also want to address the fact that Gizela found something wrong with one of my adult sons.

Release of negative energy
So I started working with Gizela a few months ago, and I am glad I did!
She has helped me to release a bunch of negative energy associated with past experiences, which has allowed me to move forward in my day-to-day life.
My sleep patterns have also improved dramatically, as I was only sleeping 2 to 3 hours a night. I now sleep 8 to 9 hours a night, and my days are much more balanced.

I can testify about the strength and importance that EFT has had in my life.
During Gizela's Master/Pro EFT course, one of the things I chose to work on was my confidence and personal power when speaking in public.

Shoulder tendons rupture
My encounter with Gizela was purely by chance.
We met during an activity I was involved in, and I immediately sensed that she carried something special.
Shortly after, I underwent surgery for a complete rupture of the tendons in my right shoulder.
Despite physiotherapy, I was experiencing severe and constant pain.
At our next meeting, I mentioned this to Gizela. I didn’t know exactly what she did.
Driven by a greater force, right there on the street, she did something: she emitted some sounds (Codes of Light) toward my shoulder and arm.
I immediately felt much better.
The pain lessened, and my recovery became faster.

I met Gizela at a retreat in 2016. At that time, I told her that I was going to the dermatologist because of the appearance of some skin polyps in the folds beneath the breasts and abdomen.
I mentioned that these skin lesions were uncomfortable, especially those that were on the bra's underwire attachment line.
After I mentioned this, Gizela asked if she could put her hand on my chest/thorax. I told her yes, and she soon began to have manifestations such as sounds and gestures.
I let her do her work, finally Gizela went to get some Do Terra essential oil that she had with her and applied it to the lesions.
She told me it was important to have less rigid thoughts about myself, and advised me to use a specific Organic Essential Oil every night on the skin lesions.
I did so and began to notice that the lesions were disappearing. I continued for 2 months.
Later, I met Gizela again and told her that I had eliminated the lesions by methodically following her recommendations.

My heart started working again (atrial fibrillation)
Hello everyone,
I am Maria do Céu, a woman like so many others who faces the challenges of life.
Not always knowing how to properly manage the intensity needed to overcome them, I have experienced breakdowns that, most of the time, resulted in serious health issues!
As the saying goes: "When the head lacks judgment, the body pays the price.."
Thus, atrial fibrillation led me to doctors, hospitals, and significant medical procedures, which at first worked but later stopped being effective.

My twisted sinews
Life can change very quickly. A wonderful day in Brazil, suddenly turned into a painful experience with just one unconscious step, 30cm down the stairs, and a badly twisted ankle. I heard the sound of my twisted sinews.
Still in a light shock, I was painfully sitting on some chairs with ice on my ankle when Gizela went by. She kindly asked if I needed some help. She radiated a kind of competence that made me agree without any doubts.
Gizela was massaging my foot, pressing special points, and putting an essential oil (that she had in her bag) on it. She added some energetic treatments, and after a few minutes, my ankle was totally free of pain.
That stayed for the rest of the day, and I was even able to walk home.
Next day, I “almost” forgot about the accident, and everybody who knew what happened couldn't believe it. Only a light swelling reminded me.
I had injuries like that before, and I know that it could have been the end of my stay there or, at least, the end of free mobility.
I am very thankful for that little wonder…. Gizela, thank you from my heart.

Broken arm; nightmares; crisis
I met Gizela in 2014. Always discreet in her silence, she carried a remarkable presence and naturally sparked curiosity. In the training context we were in, she was often asked by the facilitator to interpret and translate certain situations. She had a heightened sensitivity that captured beyond what is visible and immediately perceptible. After that period, I did not see her again.
Ten years passed, and I met her again in the least expected place. At first, we did not recognize where we knew each other from, but we quickly celebrated that reunion.
With the same presence and the same sensitivity as ten years earlier, she asked me what was happening with my eldest daughter, who at the time was experiencing a lot of pain in her arm, which had been broken almost a month before. She asked me if I wanted help for her, and I said yes.
Then she looked at my other daughter and said to me, “This one is not as receptive, but I will see what is going on.”
“Does she have nightmares?” she asked.
“Yes,” I replied.
And that was the first contact. At that unexpected baby shower, she worked with my daughters, and they improved - less pain and no more nightmares.
At that time, I was going through a very deep personal and family crisis, and I decided to book a session. She spent three hours with me and helped me greatly.
After that session, she would send me messages to check how I was doing, curiously always on the days when I was feeling worse.

11 Years later
When I was 13 years old, I sprained my foot. My ballet performance was approaching, and although some time had passed since the fall and I had been to the doctor, the pain did not go away. My father took me to a session with Gizela, who helped me. I was able to take part in the performance with minimal pain, and then the pain disappeared completely.
A few years later, I saw Gizela again because of some tension and swelling I had in my neck, and it improved significantly.
Now, 11 years after the first session, I contacted Gizela again, as for a year and a half, I had been experiencing illness after illness and pain.

Hip replacement, broken physically and emotionally
My name is DJ, and for the last 28 years, I have been a Personal Trainer and also a Corrective Exercise Specialist.
I was involved in a car accident where I sustained injuries to both of my hips that would result in two total hip replacements.
In December of 2020, just 8 days after my first total hip replacement, my partner/girlfriend of 6 years left me for another guy. You can imagine the abandonment…

Calmness Came Over Me
Wow! I can’t tell you how much that meant to me! SO incredibly thoughtful and loving.
I sat down with the intention that the message was sent to me from me for my healing, thru you.
About 3 minutes in, I started crying uncontrollably (even though I felt pretty empowered when I sat down)... But after about a minute of crying, I started to feel a release. Then you started blowing. And as you blew, a vision popped into my head.
It’s like your breath was blowing the fire’s smoke from in front of my vision...
And when it can clear in my mind, it was dark, I was sitting on the ground around the fire, but I was an ancient warrior - like Aztec or something - and I could see you singing this song.
It’s like my cells were telling me in this reality here that “you’ve heard this before”... Then a calmness came over me, and the “prayer” had ended.
