Your type has large energy reserves. Not really a “morning type,” but some will insist you are full of energy in the morning. You’re often up and ready to get the kids off to school and the day on the road.

The Athena Type is warm, jovial, and sociable. You help everyone out. You’re appreciated by all.
You may seem to handle stress well, although you tend to internalize it. On the outside you’re calm, but underneath the surface there’s often a lot brewing.

Your emotions often make you react. If you’re hungry, it’s better not to talk to you until after you’ve eaten. You give short answers rather than long ones. You don’t like too many “musts” or “shoulds.”

An Athena Type is big boned. Often shorter in height. Upper body is dominant.
Think Oprah: apple-shaped body with a large chest. Waist and thighs not easily distinguished. Strong, muscular arms and legs, small buttocks, square frame. When you gain weight it tends to be more in the upper body, abdomen, and especially the upper abdomen, right under the chest, the stomach, rather than the lower belly. You also tend to accumulate fat on the back.
